## Why SONIC?

The concept of Seed Vault is not limited to Solana L1; it can be utilized on any chain where projects can operate their own validators.

However, as a fundamental prerequisite, the chain must have a thriving consumer service ecosystem; otherwise, there would be no stakers willing to participate in early-stage staking for projects.

For this reason, after Solana, the SONIC chain, which focuses on consumer apps with a strong emphasis on gaming, is considered to be a great fit for Seed Vault.
